The John N. Harms Advanced Technology Center opened its doors in 2005, creating one of the most modern and technologically advanced buildings in the area. The 44,000 square foot facility, located in Scottsbluff, is the gemstone of the HATC system. The facility was totally revamped in 2005, creating one of the most modern and technically-capable buildings in the area. The HATC services over 12 counties in western Nebraska including over 17,000 square miles of land containing more than 100,000 people. ![]() Click to see enlarged floor plan. All 18 classrooms, including the revolutionary "Plex" are equipped with state-of-the-art smart technology, including LCD projectors, DVD players, video capabilities, writing tablets and document cameras. A variety of conference and breakout rooms are available, along with a bookstore, full-service catering, and sleek and comfortable furnishings throughout the complex. Most importantly, our staff performs at the highest levels of customer service and instruction, providing a great value for our clients and partners. Our technology, couples with our people, make us a strong force in creating change and success in our service area. And, the promise will continue to grow. We are currently evaluating expansion plans that will add additional classrooms, more hands-on training labs, and increased course offerings. |
